MT Chemical is a UV/LED gels and polishes manufacturer, a MADE IN ITALY brand which is appreciated for its high-quality products in nail reconstruction and beauty treatments for hands and feet.
The MT Chemical method is internationally-known, and in particular for the exceptional resistance and brightness of its gels. It has always stood out thanks to the absolute lack of nickel and methacrylic acids.
A production process with superior quality has allowed us to obtain important certifications, as they comply with the regulations for design, production and marketing of resins, cosmetic products and equipment for the cosmetic industry and nail reconstructions.
It offers a complete range of tools and equipment enabling nail technicians to perform at their best and professionally their activity. In addition, it provides a line of cosmetic products, creams and nail polishes for customers who want to maintain the beauty of their hands even outside the beauty salon.
MT Chemical is committed to training and are always updated on all levels, from nail professionals to those who are approaching the nail world for the very first time. Moreover, in order to guarantee a complete and updated knowledge of its method, we ensure a continual support to nail technicians for professional life.
History
MT Chemical was founded in 2002, with 20 years experience in light-curing composites in the dentistry field.
Immediately, it creates and produces its own UV/LED gels thanks to the continuous study and work of the Research & Development Laboratory and to the technical support of chemists, consultants and nail technicians.

The certifications
All MT Chemical UV/LED gel production complies with European Standards and holds the Certification of compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 standards.
The certifications, with the numbers IT277520 and IT277519 refer to the following processes and products/services:
-ISO 9001: To be ISO 9001 certified means to have a well-defined and documented organizational system within the company with quality manuals, procedures, instructions, quality registration documents etc. Its aim is to ensure that a product complies with the requirements specified in the regulations and every processing step is documented and therefore verifiable.
Adopting certification is not mandatory however often required and considered a fundamental requirement. - Marketing of cosmetic products and equipment for the cosmetics sector – Marketing of cosmetic products and equipment for the cosmetics industry.
- UNI EN ISO 22716 establishes the Guidelines for production, control, storage and shipment of cosmetic products with the aim to guarantee high standards of safety and hygiene to the consumer.
These guidelines provide organizational and practical guidance for managing human, technical and administrative factors that affect the quality of the cosmetic products.
All MT Chemical products are an exclusive Italian production created by the collaboration of the MT Chemical Team and the chemists of the R&D Laboratory. All UV/LED gel composites are Nickel and Acid FREE.
